Kim Bingham, Senior Director of Human Resources

Kim Bingham brings 20 years of human resources experience, including 15 years in healthcare. She holds a master’s degree in human resources leadership from Sullivan University and joined Grace Health in May 2013 when the organization had fewer than 50 employees across three clinics. During her tenure, she has played an integral role in Grace Health’s extensive growth and expansion, helping build the Human Resources Department into a six-member team supporting a workforce of more than 490 employees.

As Senior Director of Human Resources, Kim provides leadership across recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, policy and program development, acquisitions, onboarding, and leadership support. She has been instrumental in developing certification opportunities, leadership programs, and professional development initiatives designed to strengthen the organization by investing in its people. Kim is the founder of Grace University, an employee development initiative focused on providing opportunities for professional growth, skill development, cross-training, and leadership advancement.

Kim’s leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, mentoring, and employee development. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their potential, develop their skills, and grow as leaders, while supporting Grace Health's mission and continued growth. She believes that investing in people is fundamental to building strong teams and an organization, and to making a lasting impact in the communities Grace Health serves.
