In 2019, Chad Stevens earned recognition as one of the "Faces of Our Future" by the National Association of Community Health Centers, Community Health Forum. Serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Grace Health since its establishment in 2008, Stevens brings over 20 years of expertise, primarily in healthcare and management services. His extensive experience expands to hospitals, physicians, physician/hospital affiliations, medical practices, healthcare acquisitions, business and strategic planning, and practice operations assessments. Notably, Stevens recently spearheaded a groundbreaking project, leading Grace Health to become the first FQHC in the nation to utilize an HRSA Loan Guarantee for a New Market Tax Credit $35 Million Medical Campus Project. As CFO, he oversees administrative, financial, and risk management operations, developing financial and operational strategies, metrics tied to the overall strategy, and control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Stevens collaborates closely with the CEO, Executive Team, Senior Staff, and Providers as a financial liaison to the Board of Directors and external parties. His passion lies in supporting those who facilitate patient access to affordable, high-quality primary healthcare. He consistently emphasizes the fundamental principles of "No Margin, No Mission" and the reciprocal relationship of "No Mission, No Margin."
