Academic pediatric hospitalist in an academic faculty role with a clinical practice divided equally between inpatient pediatric medicine and transfer center operations. My work focuses on the care of hospitalized children with acute and complex medical conditions, as well as coordination of interfacility transfers and referral workflows, including triaging and documenting expected patient arrivals to support emergency department flow and inpatient placement across the health system. I emphasize efficient care coordination, clear communication with referring providers, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
