Dr. Burns is originally from Youngstown, OH and completed medical school at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. Following medical school, he completed an anesthesiology residency at Kettering Health in Dayton, OH. Currently, Dr. Burns is an Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellow at the University of Kentucky. Following his fellowship program, he will be returning to Kettering Health as a cardiothoracic anesthesiologist.
