Dr. Colby Cohen-Archer is a licensed psychologist specializing in maternal mental health, OCD, and insomnia, with more than 20 years of experience supporting women, parents, and families during the perinatal period. She is the owner of The Postpartum Adjustment Center in Lexington. Across her professional career, she has delivered educational trainings for healthcare providers and community audiences, advancing understanding of maternal mental health and evidence-based care. 

In addition to her clinical work, she serves as the Consultant Psychologist for Kentucky Consultation and Outreach for Maternal Psychiatry and Support Services (KyCOMPASS) and on the Maternal and Infant Health Collaborative Panel, helping strengthen maternal and infant mental health services and outcomes across Kentucky.
