Dr. Alisha Morgan is a certified nurse-midwife who has dedicated the last 25 years to the care of women and newborns across Kentucky.  She believes that every person deserves the best healthcare available and enjoys utilizing her expertise in quality improvement, strategic planning, maternity care design, healthcare policy, leadership, and direct patient care to meet the needs of underserved populations in all communities. 

Dr. Morgan is the PoWERing Maternal and Infant Health Program Lead for the Kentucky Rural Health Transformation Program. She is a fellow of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, is the chairperson for the KyMMM Task Force SUCCESS Committee, is a member of the Kentucky Maternal Mortality Review Committee, and is the legislative liaison for the Kentucky Affiliate of the ACNM.
