Dr. Kendal Kay Stephens is a Kentucky-based, board certified physician in OB/GYN, Maternal-Fetal-Medicine, and Addiction Medicine with over 20 years of experience.  She leads Norton Healthcare's MOST Program, focusing on pregnant and postpartum women with complex medical and substance use needs.  She also advances community partnerships, research, and policy efforts to improve compassionate, evidence-based care for maternal addiction.
