Meagan Janes, APSS

I am a person in long term recovery and have been since April of 2018. I have been working in the recovery field since 2022 and obtained my Adult Peer Support Specialist certification in 2023. I worked with Voices of Hope from 2022 to 2025 where I was able to provide peer support services and overdose education with naloxone distribution for different agencies, colleges, and events. In 2023, Voices of Hope placed me with the Norton MOST (Maternal Opiate and Substance Treatment) program full time. Recently, Norton Healthcare officially hired me as their own employee providing peer support services. I continue to provide recovery support, overdose education and naloxone distribution, and resource assistance to mothers and moms-to-be that have substance use disorder.
