Lyndsey Neese, MD, MMM FACOG

Dr. Neese is a physician executive and board-certified clinician with extensive experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, and strategic transformation.  She was appointed the Director of Maternal Child Health for the Kentucky Department of Public Health in August of 2025 and Title V Director for Kentucky in January of 2026.  Dr. Neese is the current American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Kentucky Chair and District V Public Health Chair.

Dr. Neese is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist with more than 20 years of clinical practice and women’s service line leadership in Louisville KY. 

Originally from Alabama, Dr. Neese graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University.  She completed her medical education at the University of Alabama and her residency training at the University of Louisville. In 2021, she completed her Master of Medical Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
