Elizabeth is an Administrative Specialist for the Kentucky Perinatal Quality Collaborative (KyPQC) at the Kentucky Department for Public Health, where she supports statewide maternal and infant health quality improvement initiatives through program coordination, communications, and administrative operations. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Eastern Kentucky University in 2018.
