Siobhan Conaty is a Professor of Art History at La Salle University and a Fellow at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. She specializes in applying art history methods to enhance medical education and clinical training. Her recent work includes studies in Academic Radiology and the Journal of Health Communication, examining how art-based approaches help clinicians identify subtle diagnostic cues and understand patient experience and healthcare inequities. Through collaborations with medical educators, she advances interdisciplinary art history strategies that help clinicians see, interpret, and care with greater precision and empathy.
