Summary of Professional Experience

Ms. Bryant originally started with Sterling Health Care as Finance Director during the start-up phase of the operation.  She has an extensive background in bookkeeping, finance and project oversite in the manufacturing, retail and non-profit religious areas.  Gaining the healthcare knowledge has helped her to advance in the FQHC organization and become an integral part of the daily operations and the facilities since its inception in 2012.  She has expanded her knowledge base in the Human Resource field to benefit the organization as well.  Ms. Bryant advanced to the CEO role for Sterling Health Care in December 2020.

Board and Committees:  Sterling Community Food Coalition/Treasurer; Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Chamber/Treasurer; Mt. Sterling Rotary Club member, Kentucky Primary Care Association(KPCA) Board Member/Treasurer;  Kentucky Integrated Care Board Member; Kentucky Health Center Network Board Member.
