Dr. Beavin received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky and completed an internal medicine residency followed by a combined fellowship in Nephrology and Critical Care Medicine, also at the University of Kentucky. He is now in his second year on faculty with the Department of Nephrology, with a focus on ICU Nephrology and cardiorenal medicine. He is board-certified Nephrology, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
