He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Acute Care, where he developed a strong clinical foundation across a variety of inpatient settings. He went on to complete a PGY2 Residency in Medication-Use Safety and Policy, advancing his expertise in system-level safety initiatives, medication-use process improvement, and healthcare quality strategy. Dr. Wolf currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Medication-Use Safety and Quality for pediatric and women service lines at UK HealthCare, where he leads efforts to optimize safe medication practices, support institutional policy development, and advance quality improvement initiatives.
