Rebecca Craft, MS, MBA, serves as the Director of Cardiovascular Outreach Operations for the UK HealthCare Gill Heart & Vascular Institute. In this role, she oversees the Institute's externally facing operations, including directing the Gill Affiliate Network, a collaboration of 30 hospitals working together to advance cardiovascular care across Kentucky, and the Gill Imaging Initiative, which promotes collaboration and standardized imaging practices to improve access to timely, high-quality cardiovascular diagnostics. She also leads outreach, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives that expand access to specialized cardiovascular services throughout the Commonwealth.

With more than 20 years of experience at the University of Kentucky, Rebecca has held outreach and relationship development roles across admissions, philanthropy, physician outreach, transplantation, and cardiovascular services. She is recognized for building sustainable partnerships, developing innovative programs, and translating strategy into measurable improvements in patient care and access.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and a Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University, as well as a Master of Science in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation from the University of Kentucky.
