I am a current medical student at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in the Rural Physician Leadership Program. Before medical school, I was a military medic for eight years in the Army National Guard (ARNG) and a civilian paramedic for three years. I have had involvement in prehospital medicine, community paramedicine, and EMS policy advocacy in Washington, D.C. My professional interests include emergency medicine, healthcare systems innovation, and rural healthcare delivery.
