Ingrid LaRrett is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Kentucky. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northern Kentucky University in 2025 and previously completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration at Northern Kentucky University in 2021. Dr. LaRrett began her nursing career as a registered nurse in Neuroscience Services at the University of Kentucky, where she practiced from 2014 to 2022 before transitioning to advanced practice. Dr. LaRrett is actively involved in clinical education and mentorship, serving as a clinical instructor and preceptor for undergraduate, graduate, and advanced practice students at the University of Kentucky. Her professional interests include mental health promotion, provider wellbeing, and improving behavioral health outcomes.
