UKHC Nurse Leader Panel
The UKHC Nurse Leader Panel enduring module is a recording from the live Regularly Scheduled Series held on December 10, 2025. If you received credit for attending this session during the live meeting, please refrain from claiming credit for this module.
Nurse leaders are increasingly required to demonstrate clarity in their leadership values, maintain team engagement amid constant organizational change, and prepare the nursing workforce for emerging future demands. As healthcare systems face evolving challenges—including workforce shortages, technological transformation, and rising patient complexity—leaders must be equipped with the skills to articulate their core values, foster resilient and adaptable teams, and prioritize the competencies nurses need to succeed in a rapidly changing environment. A nurse leader panel that explores leadership values, engagement strategies, and future skill development is essential to support the ongoing growth of both current and aspiring nurse leaders. This session will provide participants with practical insight, real-world strategies, and reflective guidance that enhance leadership effectiveness and strengthen the capacity of nursing teams across diverse care environments.
