Dr. Blake Davidson, MD is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician and completed an EMS Fellowhip in 2023. He graduated residency from the University of Kentucky in Lexington in 2022.  

Dr. Davidson spent his time in fellowship expanding the education of EMS continuing education throughout the state of Alabama. He was a Field Physician for multiple agencies during this time and responded to scenes, aiding as needed. He has also assisted in multiple aeromedical transport agencies in the region aiding as a second rider during scene calls. Along with the on-scene response throughout the year, Dr. Davidson regularly provides lectures at the local, state, and regional EMS conferences.  

During residency, Dr. Davidson served as a Kentucky American College of Emergency Medicine Board member and is currently a member of the Emergency Medical Services Committee of this division. As of July of 2023, Dr. Davidson returned to the University of Kentucky and serves as the University’s Emergency Medical Services Director, Medical Director of UK Healthcare Transport, and EMS Residency Education Director
