Dr Musilli, a native of western Kentucky, obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing with a minor in Sociology. She spent eleven years in ED, ICU, and critical care transport nursing where she held subspecialty certifications of CEN, CPEN, CFRN and EMT before graduating from The University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2025.  She is currently a PGY-1 at The University of Kentucky Department of Emergency Medicine where she has become a recent ATLS instructor and explored her interests in firearm injury prevention, resuscitation dynamics,  as well as ED obstretric patient management.
