Benjamin Motley graduated Kent State University in 2011 with Bachelor of Science. He graduated Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2015 with his Medical Degree. He attended Neurological Surgery Residency at the University of Kentucky and graduated in 2022. He completed a CAST accredited complex spine fellowship at the University of Cincinnati in 2023. He currently serves as an assistant professor of neurological surgery at the university of Cincinnati. He received his board certification to practice neurosurgery from the American Board of Neurological Surgery in 2026.
