Sara Cate is a pulmonary and neuroscience critical care pharmacist at UK HealthCare and adjunct assistant professor at UK College of Pharmacy. She completed her PharmD training at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and her Master of Public Health at the University of Memphis in Memphis, TN. She went on to complete her PGY-1 and PGY-2 critical care residency training at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. She then moved to Lexington, KY to complete her post-doctoral academic fellowship at UK College of Pharmacy. She is passionate about the utilization of generative AI platforms to augment pharmacy education, promoting pharmacy student wellbeing, and practicing critical care pharmacy.
