Dr. Shuaib is an Assistant professor in the Division of Nephrology at the University of Kentucky. He received his medical degree from the Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL and a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Kentucky and joined the transplant nephrology team at UK in 2023. Dr. Shuaib serves as Outreach Medical Director for the Kidney Transplant Program at UK and as a course director for the NEPHINAR educational series. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
