Dr. Peralta-Fogle is a current Fellow Physician at University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his doctoral medical education at University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2021 with later specialty residency training in the field of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation through the University of Texas Austin Dell Medical School in 2026. He seeks to provide care to patient's with chronic disabling neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions with a subspecialty focus on interventional management of chronic pain.
