Matthew Davidson, MBA, FP-C, EMT-P, is the Clinical Operations Manager of Emergency Medical Services at UK HealthCare in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, he provides strategic and operational leadership for a hospital-based EMS system that includes adult ground transport, neonatal and pediatric specialty transport, an ECMO transport program, and an internal dispatch center across a staff of approximately 80. He serves as the KBEMS director of record for UK HealthCare's licensed EMS agencies.

Matthew began his EMS career in 2015 in rural emergency medical services at Garrard County EMS and went on to serve in various 911 systems before joining UK HealthCare. He holds licensure as a paramedic and is credentialed as an advanced practice provider and paramedic-level educator through the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services. His work spans clinical operations, EMS quality management, operational performance, staff development, and EMS education. He reports to the Enterprise Director of Emergency Services and works closely with physician medical direction to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across UK HealthCare's transport operations.
