Describe clinical informatics as an ACGME-accredited medical subspecialty, distinct from health information technology support.
Identify domains of psychiatric care in which informatics failure carries disproportionate clinical, operational, and medico-legal risk.
Apply a structural framework for building departmental informatics capacity to the participant’s own institutional context.
