At the completion of this lecture attendees should be able to:

• Recognize key clinical and morphologic features that should raise suspicion for non-mammary metastasis to the breast or axilla.
• Apply a practical diagnostic approach integrating clinical history, morphology, breast biomarkers, and lineage-specific immunohistochemistry to distinguish metastatic tumors from primary breast carcinoma.
• Identify the clinical consequences of metastatic disease to the breast.
• Describe the challenges of Ki-67 grading in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumor FNA specimens and the potential role of digital image analysis/DeepLIIF in improving Ki-67 quantification.
