At the completion of this lecture attendees should be able to:

  • Describe key principles for developing and maintaining a successful cytopathology laboratory.
  • Identify practical strategies for optimizing laboratory workflow, quality, and team performance.
  • Evaluate lessons learned from cytopathology laboratory directorship and apply them to everyday practice.
